Ingar was hired as CEO in 2023. He came from the role as CFO at O. Mustad & Søn AS and has previously worked in similar roles within the window industry and in other industries. Ingar has no IT background, he is a certified public accountant, but is familiar with CalWin from previous experience as he has worked for a major CalWin client. In addition to this, he has been on CalWin's board since 2010, both as a board member and chairman.
